Delight can cater for private parties, summer Chinese barbecues, weddings,
christenings, corporate events and other functions with over 100 guests
due to their large kitchen facilites.
In addition to Chinese food, a full English and vegetarian menu can be accommodated. Service can be plated at the table, buffet or "taste and take" and increasingly popular choice. As well as providing the food, Oriental Delight can supply all logistics (plates, cutlery, glasses, linen, consumables, waiting staff) or use those provided by other contractors.
The food is cooked on large professional propane burners - the speed
of wok cooking makes Chinese food perfect for large events - nothing
is kept warm over long periods, everything is freshly cooked.
